Dear Event Exhibitor:

We welcome you to join us for Sunday Survivor Fest on Locust St. on Sunday, August 31, 2008.

It’s celebration time for the 105^th Anniversary sponsored by Milwaukee Harley Davidson.  If you’re interested in participating, please fill out the enclosed application and send it back to us.  Time is running short, so we need to hear from you soon!

10x10 booth space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Vendors must supply their own tables and set-ups.  We encourage you to bring your own canopy or tent to stay cool or keep dry, as the case may be.  However, canopies may still be ordered through us for $80 each, which is our full cost to rent them.

The deadline to return applications is Friday, August 15, 2008
